Fallout 3 Mods

I'm reinstalling Fallout 3 for another play through and I would like to include some high-quality mods. I'm specifically looking for mods that increase texture resolution, add better melee animations and increase melee damage, make the stealth play more in-depth, and make the enemies tougher. I don't really care about weapon mods as I'm going to play this through with my combat knife and .44 magnum. Also anything that adds tastefully to the aesthetic, like the back-pack mod or possible a holster mod.

I have a small amount of experience with G.E.C.K. as well, basically limited to changing values for items and NPCs.
