So it seems over on the Bethesda Fallout 4 Forums people have been looking at the a Poster from the reveal trailer that has multiple Perk/Special images on it.

No ones yet if it's a final representation of all the Perks that will be in the Game when it releases but it's always fun to speculate before we know any real information!

11-4(11 Rows down, 4 across) is blocked off by an object so I'm personally hoping it's the Black Widow Perk that seems to be missing from the rest of the board.

How do you think the Poster will work in the game? Is there any Perks that you can spot from the Poster that haven't been picked out yet?

I like the way they've presented those perk pictures. Very nice having them in a vault cross-section like that. I think I can make out a few I don't recognize.

Hopefully we'll get a perk akin to the one in Broken Steel that sets off a miniature nuclear explosion around you when you get below a certain health threshold...but hopefully a little more original and a lot more useful.

I'm wondering if they will do something like Skyrim's Heaven Clouds where if I am picking out new Perks or Traits it will take me to this Poster rather than looking at my Pip-Boy. Or it could be both where the interface on the Pip-Boy that kinda looks like the Poster. I think people would prefer the second one over the first.

Hmmm. It'd be a nice creative change, but I do think it would annoy a lot of people. I think they'll compromise by having it in an area that makes some sense, like the tutorial section at the very beginning of the game.

You mean something like Fallout New Vegas Vig-O-Matic?

That could work, though I wonder how they could put it in when your in Vault 111. If we go with the theory that you've been cryogenically frozen since the start of the bombings it could be used as a medical test for the character.

Oooh f*ck*n' bl*ody yeah, actually, I think that's an even better alternative! :D

It seems pretty blatant now that they're going to be starting you off in a vault again, so it'd make enough sense pretty much anywhere there. I'd like to see a larger vault that you aren't just exiled from due to a disaster or other misunderstanding. I want to be able to go back and trade with people, or link my vault with friendly settlements in the wasteland for protection and trade. I'd like to see the vault stretch out tendrils and start up farms and water purifiers using their G.E.C.K. tech.

wait wait wait... Interacting with our Vault!! :D Has this ever been a thing? I've never actually beaten any of the fallout games (I have a love/hate with RPGs) but I don't remember this from any of them.

In fallout 1 you can send a water caravan to your vault which in turn sends the super mutant army to your vault faster (because your vault is secret and you shouldn't really blab about it to everyone you meet).

Ooooh... well that's interesting. I don't even remember Fallout 1 sadly... I think I made it to Sandy Shores (?) but never got chicka back the 1-2 times I tried it.

The perks look like they are arrange by ability and makes me happy because Fallout 3/NV were unbalanced with most of the perks going to just a few abilities.

I hope you get traits like from the first two games that give and take, rather than JUST being perks. It'd be nice to actually have to think about my perk.

The Traits we got to pick at the beginning of New Vegas did something similar I believe. Things like extra accuracy but less damage. But too make it included with all the Perks? That seems a bit harsh, maybe only in Hard Mode.

Hey, do you think we get "Lady Killer\Black Widow" for both gender this time like in New Vegas?

Not a "EQUALITY!" statement, just that I really like to talk my way throught shit rather than fighting and having Black Widow and Lady Killer not only opens new dialogue but it gives a nice damage bonus in case I NEED to fight.

Hopefully, though I think a good way to balance having both would be to make it so if your fighting someone of the same gender you would do less damage than if you where the opposite gender with the right perk.

I hope the previous sentence didn't confuse you like it did me.
