Mine worked fine after I went to the Fallout page and clicked the video link from there.
It looked good to me. That robot looked like he was just moving rocks around though, I couldn't tell what he was supposed to be doing. The city in the background all lit up was interesting too. I don't recall there being hardly any lights in the Capitol Wasteland.

Now THAT is a teaser trailer! I had to watch it on youtube: the first link was loading so damn slowly.
Energy in the Wasteland? ZOUNDS! Then again, Fallout 2 did have a CAR, and New Reno from that game also had some power, AND I imagine a few energy supplies from the Vault systems could easily power a small city, seeing as it has to deal with a steady supply of oxygen, light, heat, all of the appliances..
Excellent! It'll be awesome to be somewhere that isn't in shambles for once. (Unless you count Tenpenny Tower.)
