i would have to say sepheroth from final fantasy iiv he is so fucking evil.....he kills arith(spelt wrong i know dunno the real spelling) just before she tells u how to kill him...then in advent children he comes back and starts kicking clouds ass before being killed and then he looks so cool with the big black wings and wen he says the line "i will never be a memory"..how is that not cool!!!!!!!!
