Everyone loves cheese. Unless you suck at digesting lactose.

My favorites are pepperjack and brie.

This thread has been made multiple times, and locked multiple times. Even when I made it, which should have been the definitive version.
I like Swiss best on it's own, and mozzarella best as a topping.

Uhmmmmmmm......cheddar?

I know nothing about cheese.

I just thought this thread was looking a little lonely so I decided to stop by.

Munster, although I don't make any claims of a vast knowledge of cheese. Mostly just stuff I see in the market and think, "sure, why not?"

Aged Canadian cheddar. I haven't tasted many cheeses out there but of the few this one stands above all others.

For me, I love me some White Cheddar. However, I think that Goat Cheese (plain) scoots ahead a little as my favourite cheese.

Swiss is my favorite on it's own but mozzarella is a close second. Although I hear that that maggot-ridden cheese is really, really good. I'd like to try some of that. Shame it's really friggin' rare and expensive. Someone feel free to tell me the name of it because I've forgotten.

Mozzarella
Cheddar
Provolone
Parmesan

I like to put them all on a homemade pizza or in a broiled sandwich. Mmmmm.

I'm a pretty big fan of Pepper Jack and Gouda.
I also adore Blue-Cheese crumbles on my cheeseburger, with grilled onions. The combination, is just....perfect.
