Favorite Console

My favorite console is the ps2. I was too young to get into the ps1, which was my first console. So, what's yours?

My first console was the PS1, but my favourite is the 360. I only got into games when I was 7-8. If I started earlier I could have gotten a Dreamcast or an N64.

OT: My first PS2 was at the end of last year =) Although I'm a PC man, that is currently my favourite, but probably because it's the only one I can play

it's either SNES or Ps2 for me, the best games are on those systems

PS2, it had the best lineup of games and opened my eyes to the world of modern gaming.

I'd have to say that my favourite console is the DS. It's pretty much the only console I know with a software library that fully appeals to me, and therefore the only console for which I've bought new games on a regular basis. I would say Super Nintendo, but most of the best games on that thing were never released.

My PS3. I can play most of the good new games, and can also play PS2/PS1 games from the past.

I'd say either SNES, or maybe PS2. It's really hard to pick. They both had great libraries of games to pick from, but I prefer some of the older games, over some of the newer stuff.

I honestly think it depends more on the game then on the console.
However, I would have to say that the snes was my favorite followed by the PS2 and then the 360 (In my humble opinion... which this thread is about right, just personal opinion.)

If PC counts, than by all means, PC.

If not, then the GameCube. That little bugger is tough.

N64 and Gameboy Classic would be up there with the things that really got me into gaming. And, of course, my trusty 360 and DS now. Out of those, I'm going to have to go with Gameboys of whatever form I had at the time, as they're the most consistently used and enjoyed of all my consoles.

First system I ever had was a NES back in 1995. It was fun, but I got an N64 a year later and that was BAD ASS. Quite frankly the N64 has been my favorite system with a PS1 coming in at a close 2nd.
