Good, bad, or obscure, it doesn't matter! :3

My favorite off hand always happens to be Chicken Little, I don't really know why, but I think it's because when it came out when I was a middle schooler I just was so able to relate to the nerdy/social outcasts that were the main characters.

This is an incredibly hard question. I think I'm going to have to go with Beauty and the Beast. I absolutely loved it as a kid, and I still love it today. I love the story, the message it holds, the music, the animation, just everything. Also when I was a kid I really looked up to Belle, she was one of my role models growing up.

Could be Jungle Book, Beauty and the Beast or Aladdin. I don't have good reasons for them, it's the stuff I grew up watching and it a lot. But I don't think it's JUST because it's what I watched as a kid, since there're a lot of other movies I don't remember as fondly.

Hands down my favorite one is Jungle book.

When I was little I was a crazy hyperactive Demon child. My parents couldn't control me or get me to do what they wanted more than half the time. The only way they could get any reprieve was to pop that sucker in the VCR and press play. I would sit in front the tv and watch it from start to finish, then they would rewind it and I'd I watch it all over again.

It was like I was hypnotized :)

For my second birthday, my mom even made me a Ka (the snake) cake. It was awesome. If I find a picture, I'll post it here.

Tie between Finding Nemo and Aladdin. Finding Nemo, because I've seen it at least 50 times, and Aladdin, because it tells a great story, and is actually pretty dark. Aladdin isn't even that good of a person, and it makes this movie stand out to me. Also, honorable mentions to Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, and Frozen. Cinderella and Beauty and the Beast, because it showed me that everything doesn't have to be masculine for me to enjoy it, and Frozen, because it also took some untraditional risks, had an excellent soundtrack, and was funny.

What, you really didn't take the chance to call it a "Kake"?

That's right up your alley!

OT: The Lion King, tied with Aladdin.

Aladdin because Robin Williams as The Genie. The Lion King because my best friend and I watched that movie far too many times when we were growing up.

Also "Be Prepared".

Aladdin and Lion King tie here, too. Maybe Aladdin wins. Getting to see them in the theater when I was 10 and 12, just seemed like the perfect age to be when they came out. Maybe that's why they seem so high quality to me compared to most of the later ones.

I can't believe I missed the chance to do that. I'll just have to sing the baloos about it now xD

Speaking of Jungle book and singing, I just watched the German Dub of Jungle book the other day, and Ka sounded terrible in his song. It was awful xD

Tricky question, but right now It's Sleeping Beauty. I rewatched it with my best friend the other day, and it was much better than I remember it from my childhood.

Either The Rescuers Down Under or Robin Hood, depending on my mood.
Got a big soft spot for The Jungle Book and several others to. Like The Great Mouse Detective and A Goofy Movie which deserve more attention than they get.

Tough call, so I'll just list 5 of my favorites:

-Atlantis: The Lost Empire
-The Emperor's New Groove
-Beauty and the Beast
-Aladdin
-The Lion King

Do non-animated movies count? 'Cause then I'd like to add
-Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl
-Tron

Cooool. You ever read the original Kipling stories? I always thought that Kaa made a much better ally than villain.

Well I know it's going to be the 'trendy' answer but for me it has to be Frozen.
The combo of non-romantic love, characters who love each other so much but can't express it to each other normally, an intangible 'big bad', all the great fake-outs and Idina Menzel in so many duets just has me over the moon for that movie!

Sleeping Beauty; so much so that my wife and I named our daughter Aurora. A while back I would have said either Tron or The Black Hole, but I watched both last year and they don't hold up as well as I thought. Both drag on too long.

My favorite Disney movie? I think I'm gonna go with Mulan because girl power. I mean no other disney female lead role has done anything as radical as joining the army to save their father nor has had the wits to beat an entire army by using their brains only. I remember watching that movie a lot of times as a kid. Certainly still love it.

Probably The Lion King or Frozen.

Can't really decide between the two. Certainly Frozen for music and message. However... Jeremy Irons...

Freaking Jeremy Irons....

(Also Hank Azaria, Cheech, and Whoopie Goldberg.... and James Earl Jones.

For the sake of this discussion (and because this is accurate) I am answering this question based on the assumption that we are not including anything from Pixar or from Marvel Studios.

Anyway, the answer to your question is The Great Mouse Detective.

I loved that movie as a kid, I love it now. It's just good adventurous fun with a good story, good characters, and Vincent Freakin' Price.

I'm going to go with Atlantis, The Lost Empire.

I re-watched it since I saw it long ago and MAN! A lot more mature flick than I though it was. I can't recall anything by Disney quite as... well... harsh.
People dying and drowning before your eyes, stark madness of antagonist. This all would be flying over kid's head, but boy oh boy, this one does not pull any punches.
