Favorite minor character from a cartoon

I have always thought that minor characters in cartoons are what can really make the show. In shows like The Simpsons, the show could not have been as great as is has without it's massive cast of support and minor characters, some moving into a more important role on the show (Mr. Burns and Moe come to mind). I love the guy that seems to work in every position in town and is kind of a sarcastic ass.
Another example could be Adventure Time or Invader Zim with those shows having a large cast of minor, sometimes one off characters.
So what are some of your favorite minor characters?

I'm not sure if they really count as minor, they kinda became major recurring characters as the series went on, but... 21 and 24.

Why should it start a flame war? This is a thread about minor characters from cartoons. MLP has minor characters that many people like, why shouldn't we be able to post them here? I find it silly that just because MLP starts more flame wars because people can't just deal with it (both sides), doesn't mean we can't come out of our group ghetto (Seriously, that place is so bad for discussion it's horrific) and actually say something about MLP.

OT: A minor character from something other than MLP, Moleman from The Simpsons is just hilarious.

The only one I can think of (I'm really thinking hard which cartoon characters are "minor") is probably Dr Brief. He was one of the few ordanary humans who know about the dragonball, aliens and the whole superspeed fighting as oppose to the ordinary humans in that universe. With that in mind he wasn't exactly shock to see the unsual events that took place in that series well except for Vegeta outburst one time. Lastly he's pretty awesome for inventing the capsule corp in the first place.
EDIT- Now I think about it maybe my favourite minor character could be from the anime One Piece.

It's okay, I shall join you by suggesting Vinyl Scratch as my favourite minor-character. She has maybe 30 seconds of cumulative screen time and I still love her xD
