Mine would have to be: Movie - The "cock" gun from "From Dusk till Dawn"
just watching the movie on tv now as a "look how many crappy horror movies we have made that no one rents or buys anymore or ever for that matter so now we show it to you on tv cause we know you are bored and there is nothing on this late so watch it anyway. ha ha" marathon that swedsh tv usualy dishes out at the special times of the year... where was i... oh right.

Game - the garbadge shooting gun from Fallout 3; not the best gun ever, but i find it odly satisfying to shoot teddybears, garden gnomes and other random junk you find lying around the dump ^^

oh and pie is nice...so are muffins..

Movie:
Jules' gun. Because it's from fucking Jules.
Game:
My turret from Borderlands.
Not only does it have the missile and fire rate boosts, but it also does massive corrosive damage, and can take on waves of enemies at a time.

Game: My modded super-mirv. Shoots 10 Mininukes at 1000 rounds per minute. Think carpet bomb.

I can't take a gun form Borderlands, because tomorrow I'll just find a better one anyway...

The gravity gun is awesome but maybe a bit played out.

Oh, I know! GUNS OF THE PATRIOTS!!!!

From a game, it'd have to be the trusty 12 Gauge (sp?) from Timesplitters 3.

As for films, I can't really think of any off hand.
