I don't have a favourite, but lately I've been having the most fun with my speedy class.

UMP .45 with red dot
Akimbo G18s/Akimbo Rangers

Throwing Knife
Stun Grenades

Marathon
Lightweight
Steady Aim Pro

M16 with holo sight
akimbo magnums

sleight of hand
stopping power
last stand

i get many many kills with this class in all game types. I will say hands down that akimbo magnums are one of the best close quaters weapons in the game, they've put to shame every shotgun and akimbo setup i've run into

I totally rage at that class, since it takes advantage of laggy conditions. That's why I use an m1014 shotgun, so I can take down anyone who uses this class at close range. I will give you props though, at least you're one of the few who doesn't also slap a tacknife on this class.
Indeed, exploiting the lag was my sole purpose for switching over from Assault Rifles in the first place.

It's actually a pretty efficient class when you think about it: The UMP has one of the best iron sights in the game, making it ideal for use with a silencer (as you're not getting much of an advantage by using the RDS,) and it's clip size is enormous enough to take down roughly 2-4 people, depending upon where you aim, of course.

Couple that with the ridiculously large clip of the M9 and the extra damage of the full metal jackets, and you're able to constantly move and minimize your down time by reloading.

Your only real disadvantage is ranged combat. Seeing as how the UMP has an understandable amount of recoil, which will be sure to effect you with an iron sight (as you're not using a sight,) you're pretty much limited to 45-50 yards, and that's if you're a skilled marksman. But, since you're constantly moving and negate all fall damage (thanks, Commando and Marathon!) you can easily cover that ground in no time.

FMJ does not actually give you extra damage, the stat charts in MW2 lie. FMJ is basically deep impact from COD4, and the way it works, is that it actually lessens the damage reduction bullets take when going through walls. It does not increase damage as some people think.
I was aware of the penetration, though the former surprises me.

Still, good know. Thanks!

See if I can remember, I never played it much...

That little Skorpian SMG thing
A pistol

The sprint thing
The bullet thing
Something else

Painkiller

Flash grenades and another something else

That's the only thing I ever got above a 4 kill streak with.
...What? We can't all be good at the game.

Stealth Sniper

One man Army, Cold blooded Pro, Ninja Pro.

Damage Sniper

One man Army, Stopping Power, Steady Aim.

To me they're one class, since I switch between them depending on the combat situation.

It counters the negative effects of a silencer too.

A weapon with a silencer and FMJ won't suffer any penalty to damage when firing over long distances.

Akimbo magnums.

Perks don't really matter, anyways. Cowboys didn't have perks, did they?

My favourite is either the sprinting/10ft knifing/getting raged at class, or the quickscoping class that I keep for fun.

Speed Class:

UMP (Silencer)
RPG
Throwing Knife/Claymore
Flash

Marathon/Scavenger
Lightweight
Ninja

Run around shooting and booming things. UMP is there for obvious reasons. RPG is for destroying campers and boosters but also handy for other situations. Semtex is slightly redundant with the RPG so I use either the Throwing Knife or Claymore depending on map and gametype. Marathon or Scavenger depending on map and gametype, lightweight for speed, Ninja for stealth.

Vector, with rapid fire
Magnum akimbo

Marathon pro
Lightweight pro
Last stand pro

Semtex, stuns

Run around beasting with the vector, you get hit, you rape them with the magnums in last stand. Then kill yourself with a semtex or stun. They get no points at all from you dying :)

The one i use all the time.

MG4/Red dot & grip
Javelin
Bling pro
Cold blooded pro
Ninja

Flashbang x2
Frag grenade

I normally use it as my killstreak destoyer. as they can't see me and javelin to shoot them down and MG4 for covering fire or just laying waste across open ground.
