Cities of Gold
Thundercats
Transformers (particularly the movie, once we got it on tape, and the feature length debut ep)
Jimbo
Dogtanian
Rude Dawg & The Dweebs
Real Ghostbusters
Visionaries (still got the annual somewhere)
Willy Fogg
Looney Tunes and Merry Melodies marathons

honourable mentions (not cartoons, but still animated):
Bertha
Morph
Thomas The Tank Engine, back when it was still based on the Rev Awdry books and so had some interest rather than being disgustingly patronising and cliche
Postman Pat ... ditto
Fireman Sam (seeing a pattern here?)
Trapdoor!
