Favorite Quote from a Game

The other day I was talking with some friends about what the best movie and book lines are and favorite song lyrics. I never really thought about it, but with all the dialogue in games now there a lot of good lines, but other than "The cake is a lie" they never really get brought up much.

So Escapist, what is your favorite game quote? The one that sticks out the most to me is when in the Mass Effect Extended Cut DLC Tali says "I need more time." It still makes me want to tear up thinking about it.

I can't think of many epic speech type quotes, i'm more in favour of the shorter, punchier lines nowadays XP

Though are are full speeches in games like Persona 4 and the Ace Attorney games I love.

I know there are a ton of amazing lines. Hell, I could just write up half the insult swordfighting from Monkey Island and have that count. However, anytime this question comes up, the first thing that always comes to mind is Andrew Ryan.

I could take any line from his dialogue, "a man chooses," "Parasites," "It was impossible to build Rapture anywhere else," but the one that is most iconic is his intro to the game. Sends chills down me every time.

But my truly favorite piece of rhetorics is from Baldur's Gate 2 when you escape Irenicus's dungeon and he fights Shadow Thieves.
"Do you have any idea whom you face? You will suffer, you will ALL suffer!" and proceeds to desintegrate those petty thieves while Shadowmaster bravely high-tails it out of there.
