Favorite Real Life RPG?

My friends and I just finished a month long game of assassin, and we need a new RLRPG to play.
So i was wondering what your favorite one was.
If the game is original or not well know, please list the rules.

Thief...each night you must brake into each others houses and try to steal "loot" (plastic cups,rings,ect) you try to steal as much loot as possible while the person getting their stuff stolen is a guard that trys to stop the thief
