What's your favorite running joke in any game / movie / comic / book / text on a toilet wall etc?

Mine would be the "check behind your back, before announcing your evil plans" from Bob & George. A silly plot device ALWAYS being deployed by the main villain, while being within ear-range of the nearest hero.

Prepare for troble
And make it double
To protect the world from devastation
To unite all people within our nation
To denounce the evils of truth and love
To extend our reach to the stars above
Jesse
James
Team Rocket blasting off at the speed of light
Surrender now or prepare to fight!
Meowth! That's right!

All these years later, and I still can recall that from memory. And if you don't know where that's from, shame on you.
ITS... BURNT... INTO... MY BRAIN!!! Seriously, no matter how hard I hit myself on the head with a hammer, I cannot for the life of me forget this!!

The only running joke that comes to mind, since it's been burned into my brain, is, "I heard that, Curtis."

That's from Digimon, right?

On topic: Frankie Boyle's hatred of Kerry Katona was pretty funny on Mock the Week.

Pretty much any gag used in Phineas and Ferb, though my favorite has to be the 'Aren't you a little young to be somethingsomething? Yes we are. Well, alright then.'

May not seem like much, but when they manaegd to turn it into a CSI oneliner, I couldn't stop laughing.
