I watch it, very enjoyable but I'm going to go old school and say my favourite was and always will be Space: Above and Beyond.

First sci fi show I ever really loved.

Doctor Who with the Stargate franchise coming in a close second. Both really damn good shows with a history of annoyingly getting cancelled (I want more SGU!).

DS9. Always.

You know as I remember, though I was quite young at the time, DS9 was the one the fans rebelled against, but in my opinion it has held up the best out of all the Star Trek franchises. It's dark tones and moral ambiguity really foreshadows shows like BSG, and most modern Sci-Fi.

Is that Sci-Fi? And what do you think of the last few seasons. I loved 1-5 but 6 onwards I have not enjoyed at all. I mean

They faced Lucifer, the Devil himself and stopped the Apocalypse. You cannot beat that as a story and the show has not been the same since.

OT: Stargate SG-1, Firefly or Star Trek TNG + DS9 I just cannot choose. If you had asked me a few years ago I would have said Doctor Who but the last few series have been soooooo boring and just overall bad that I am done with it until their is either a new Doctor, a new head writer or both.
