This might sound like an odd choice, but I like the ending to Sonic Adventure 2.

Yes, I'm a Sonic fanboy, but I really feel that was the most emotion and best voice acting we're gonna see in a Sonic game for a long, long, time. Sonic choking up and whispering "Sayonara, Shadow the Hedgehog still makes me smile a bit.

I love the opening scene from Onimusha 3 and Rygar the Legendary Adventure (am I the ONLY one that wants a sequel to this game? Actually, am I the only one who remembers it at all?) along with the opening of Prototype. Oh, and ANY scene from the Ratchet and Clank games. Most recently, the part of Dragon Age Origins, when Lelianna sings to you... I cannot properly put into words the Beauty of that moment.

Most of the cutscenes from Mafia, but if I had to pick a couple then:

- When Tommy is told by Paulie to basically execute this guy
- The final cutscene (obviously) from Sam's death until the end.

Oh and in KotOR where Revan is revealed. I nearly shit my pants.

The scene in Zelda: Twilight Princess where Ganondorf is being executed. He's chained to a rock and his executioner launches a sword through his chest. So Ganondorf breaks out of his chains, pulls the sword out, and murders his executioner with it. Most epic video game cutscene evar!!!

I'd have to say I don't right have a favorite. The intro for Prototype was awesome, same for Brutal Legend.

But a classic one that stands out is that scene in Parasite Eve where the big blob monster forms from the liquified flesh of about a hundred people.

For me introductions is everything. Broken Sword: Knight's Templar was such a great start to an amazing game.
And as unoriginal as it may be, the intro to Final Fantasy VIII was about as epic as an FMV can ever get.
