My favorite videogame soundtracks, i cant stop listening to over the years are: Smb3, Sonic 2 (Both classics) Tempest 2000(trippy club beats), FFVII (just awesome)and Killer Instinct (cause it has the Killer groove). Care to share your favorite soundtracks?

Battletoads in Battlemaniacs. Seriously, best music I have heard in a game. Devil May Cry fight music was pretty good.

At the moment it's probably Kirill Pokrovsky's "Divinity 2: Ego Draconis" or Frank Klepacki's "Universe at War: Earth Assault (Novus)".

FF VIII, though its not my favourite game, or even my favourite FF title, these 2 tracks are always playing in my mind. Nobuo Uematsu is a musical genius

FFX, FFVIII, FFVII. Earth Worm Jim. ADVENT RISING was a buggy game, so much to the point of being unplayable. The graphics good, but the character movement was strange to look at. Despite all of that, it had a phenomenal soundtrack. Megaman X. Megaman 2. Street Fighter 2 Turbo, particularly guile's theme. It goes with anything.

Loaded and ReLoaded had some of the most awesome video game music ever conceived. Those games need to be resurrected simply for music alone.

Halo soundtrack. Seriously it can do everything from huge epic orchestral moments, to quiet moody moments, to kickass electric guitar moments and all points in between. Seriously, I love that music so much, it hits the right theme every time.

Wow, I haven't thought about those games in years. I really enjoyed those.

As for soundtracks, going to go with Xenosaga. Despite not caring for the game, the music was good enough that I bought the OST for tabletop gaming music.
