gotta be Magneto. Just because, if I was a mutant I could see myself following him. He makes a lot of sense.

I lost my crap when I saw Galactus show his face in Marvel Ultimate Alliance...then Doom with Odin's power--that was wicked.

Also, I kind of have a thing for the Elites in Halo. They're cute, and I want one for a pet.

Not a big fan of the game, but Dr. Breen from half life 2.

Hold for choas theory no game has ever really made me want to stop working for my current agenda and work for the bad guys.
