Favorite Villains?

Just curious about who people's favorite villains from movies, comics, games, etc are. Some personal favorites are Hannibal Lecter, Francis Dolarhyde, The Joker (all versions), The Scarecrow, zombies, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some.

well personally the cartoon joker ranks up at the top of my list, but also liquid from metal gear, mr. hyde, bullseye, wesker from resident evil, and almost every main villain from final fantasy one to seven lol
