What is one of your most loved games but you never want to play it again for whatever reason.

Mine is Mass Effect 2. It is one of my all time favourite games and series and I cannot wait for Mass Effect 3 but I do not want to play Mass Effect 2 again. Or ME1 for that matter. I literally played weeks upon weeks of both games and completed everything there was to be done and I simply do not wish to play either of them again.

So what is Yours?

Probably Final Fantasy X. I've already beat it twice, and getting Lulu's ultimate weapon borders on traumatizing.

The Half Life games, they were really fun the first time through, but I could never find a reason to replay them.

I thought Sonic Chronicles was fairly fun to play, but I likely won't play it again.

The Half-life series. They were fantastic the first time, but I can't bear to play them again.

Do you mean played once and never again? Or after today will never play again?

I can't imagine a world where I will never play a BioWare game again. I'm in the middle of Jade Empire, I want to get KotOR (again) and I'll probably play ME1 bfore ME3 comes out so I can just have a character go right the way through in a continuous play.

The only thing I can think of is Dawn of War. I played and enjoyed them a lot but the campaign for the second expansion really started to grate and third expansion was pure torture. I never even got halfway through Soul Storm

World of Warcraft. I know, I know, clichéd etc., but it's true. I loved that game to death- the art style is fantastic, the people in the game were generally friendly, the grinding and questing was actually fun, and it was really immersive.

But I never want to touch it ever again. It took up too much time, slowed my social life to a dribble, and made me feel bad whenever I left it. It took me a holiday to New York for a wedding to realise what I was missing.

Call of Duty 4, which is weird since I replayed CoD2 for death.
It's the opposite for me. I hate the MW2 campaign. CoD 4 was way better, and I love replaying it.

Maybe because I felt COD4 was too similar to COD2, that I didn't really have a reason to replay it. I mean, I played COD4 for months only in SP, beating every difficulty level including veteran, that I just felt I didn't had to replay COD4.

At this momment, Demon's Souls, I loved each part of it, and I completed it twice, but I am not going to put that much effort on it again

How is that the opposite? He never mentioned MW2... CoD2's campaign was awesome, CoD4's was ok, MW2's was shit...

Well the easy answer would be all my old N64 games, as they've aged horribly. As for a modern game that I felt playing through once was enough: Probably Bioshock, though I might get around to doing it for the other ending sometime, or experimenting with different plasmids. I'll never enjoy the story or experience as much though, not that there's anything wrong with that; I still rate is as one of my favourite games.
I've only ever played Shadow of the Colossus once, and that's fucking incredible. I might do it soon though, as I've forgotten how to beat em, so it'll be fresh again!

Fallout 3. I just couldn't bring myself to waste another 100 hours on a different character.

I play through most games once no matter how much I like them, except for ME 1, I played it 3 times. I might just start another ME2 game because I didn't import my ME 1 dude, I wanted to play something other then a soldier.

ME1 and ME2 are the only games I have ever played more then once.

Truth. WoW was like a relationship with a great girl that I somehow don't even want to talk to any more. Good memories though.
