Two of the best have to be "Boiling Point: Road to Hell"'s theme tune

and the "Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater" theme cunningly titled "Snake Eater"

I always liked the old Spy Hunter theme.It was "The Theme from Peter Gunn".On some game collection that I have,one of the extras on the disc has a developer saying that they wanted to use the James Bond theme but it was too costly.
