Favourite LoL Champion at the moment?

I don't see enough threads/discussion about LoL round these parts.

So, for those of you that play League of Legends, who is your go to champion at the moment to either do very well with or have a really fun time playing?

For me at the moment it's probably Nautilus, he actually feels quite unique compared to a lot of the new champions they release which have a lot of abilities similar to other champions. His Q, E and R are all really fun to use and I like his role in teamfights (CC and Tank). Also he's a champion that I can actually jungle/gank with well, which is a rare thing.

People are still playing Morde?

I thought he was pretty much worthless since they nerfed him into the floor, I used to play him quite a bit before then, have they buffed him up a bit lately or something?

My top three would have to be Brand, Cassiopeia, and Anivia.

I guess I'm more inclined to play a magic user than that of a melee class, heh. That's not to say I don't enjoy melee champions, as Pantheon is a great deal of fun for me.

Back to the topic at hand though, if I had to choose one out of those three, I'd have to say Brand for the time being.

This is my "automatic win" champ, just much fun to play.
Unfortunately LoL balancing issues want to make me gouge my eyes out some times, especially with the last two heroes that they pulled out of the flaming pit of OVER POWER.
And when are they going to pull the stealthys out off the hole?
That is why i am mainly on Dota2, well see ya going to play my little bounty hunter.

Mordekaiser got some pretty decent buffs a while ago. He is extremely viable since then because of his ability to get INSANE farm and snowball out of control. His only weakness is his first few levels and his lack of mobility.

My top 3 so far are
-Teemo, Annoying players with my poisons, mushrooms and all around cuteness? YES!
-Ahri, Really fun caster to play with, with some neat abilities. The fact that she's cute is a plus
-Singed, again poisons, throwing people around, slowing them down, Noobs chasing me. So much fun.

Special mention goes to shaco, for being a joker expy

Tough one. I think I play Riven, Wukong, and Jax the most but I mostly solo top too. Im not sure which I enjoy most but I think its Wukong

Support: I only play Taric. I just dont like the other supports except for Lux but I play her more as an AP carry

Jungle: Trundle and only Trundle because hes not so great at jungling as he is awesome at counter jungling. After I get my first red Ill shut down an enemy jungler for the rest of the game. Just last night I had a poor Lee Sin that couldnt get past level 4 because I was countering him so much

AD carry: Tristana or Graves. Both have some great combos and escape abilities. Teemo is also good. I find Ms fortunes only good when you have a healing support like Soraka/Sona/Taric. I dont really like Ashe and I hate playing Caitlyn

AP Carry/Mage: Lux is my top choice, followed by Ahri. Although I also like Malzahar and Ziggs

Tank: Leona is my top choice but I play her more as a bruiser then a tank per say. Alistar also makes a great tank and his abilities help me disable enemies almost as much as with Leona

Riven is probably my all time favourite, she has a damn Super Saiyan Mode and can just dodge everything with her dash. Like a better version of Vayne's Tumble. Plus her voice is awesome.

And in my first ever Ranked game I got a Quadra with Riven just by Ulting into a close quarters jungle fight. Lol? I'm going to say I meant to do that kthx ^^

Sona because killing people with music is always hilarious, Lulu because she has the best lines in the game and has a loltastic Ultimate.

Recently picked up Annie again because Dat Burst. I remember why Tibbers is so damn terrifying now.

Nidalee is awesome just because "THE SNIPES! AHAHAHAHA THE SNIPES!" and her cougar form makes escapes way too easy. I once led their entire team on a merry trip around both rivers and jungles just pouncing and running though bushes for the movement buff.

I love Ahri, I challenge you to quote any of her lines without putting a little heart on the end. It's just not possible.

Orianna is epic if you're having a good day, otherwise you're gonna be missing everything, Ulting yourself cuz The Ball reset because you weren't paying attention and forgetting never to facecheck bushes.

Orianna is so immune to facechecks it's insane.

"Anyone in this bush? Oh it's just their entire team. Lol R,W,E,Q"

That's a teamfight won right there folks. An entire team crammed into a bush (like the one next to your base) is just a hilarious shooting gallery for Orianna.

I'm bad at LoL and don't play much. I think I've played about 20 or so matches.

I like the Pirate lady, Miss something or other.

I also like Ramus. He's a pretty cool guy, doesn't die much.

There's a monkey king bloke too. I honestly can't remember his name. It's hyphenated I think.

I perform best as Kayle (I know she's supposed to be support, but I do very well using n offensiv set with her), but I'm quite partial to playing as Veigar lately; he basically has a "blow up Ryze's head" button : D

I too would like more threads on LoL. My favorite character depends on what position I play.

Jungler = Skarner
Mid= Malzahar and Swain
Top = Singed and Vlad
AD carry = Ashe and Draven
Support = Janna and Taric

I usaully prefer to play mid as Malzahar or Swain though, mainly Malzahar. I find him to be so fun and I hardly ever see anyone play him other than free week.

I Play Leona, Shyvana, Syvir, Miss fortune and Sona mainly as they are my faves.

Been testing out Fiora lately, but she is so very high risk, im afraid if trying to master her.

Pantheon on all the way.
I played a few games with random free to play heroes and went looking fro a cool looking one with decent skills based on when reading what they do.
At summoner level 4 or 5 I got the 3200 ip points and bought him.
Since then I've never used another hero. Enjoy playing him so much.

I love me some Lee Sin, his traditional skin just looks so awesome, sadly while he is a sustainable jungler, his skill set is kind of getting outdated as more and more champions come out. He is an example of an all around jungler, and I think that hurts him. Other junglers excel at something and have a weakness, especially now since more and more junglers have targeted or line shots for crowd control lee sin falls to the wayside. I mean look at the other junglers, nocturne, his Q goes through minons and he has a targeted fear. Alistar targeted headbut, and aoe stun. Natulus aoe slow, melee root, and while his anchor shot is like lee sin's Q he can still use it on terrain to gap close for a short cooldown and then land it easier. Olaf his Q goes through minons and he can pick it up again for another slow.
Also with more champs getting escape tools, not having some kind of gap closer or target CC really hurts him.

I used to like playing Morde but some people are dumb and are like omg why you no build morde tanky?! ....he's not a tank anymore, he's an ap carry now...BUILD TANKY...sigh.

Sona. Though I hear she may have just been whacked with the nerfbat. I've got Leona and Soraka as back-ups.

I love Annie in concept, but I'm horrible with her. Mostly I'm horrible solo, and Annie has to go mid on her own. I do a lot better in the group fight part of the game.

Olaf and Karthus are my favorites right now. With Olaf I usually take top lane, since he can solo pretty well, and go into the jungle for occasional buffs that I can then gank with. He's a lot of fun, and doing his moves in the right scenario can turn a near-death into a chase down kill.
Karthus is a great mid, and is the only champion that makes it more fun to get CS than to go after enemy champions. I usually go CD reduction/AP with him, and take teleport and flash for my summoner spells, to really allow him to go all over the map. And the ult is just so much fun. I know how many times I've been running away with just a sliver of hp, thinking I'll make it, just to see the red bolt above my head signal my demise. So it's nice to be on the other side of that for a change . Plus, the stolen double/triple/quadra kills are always hilarious.

When I'm playing a normal/ranked game my favourites are the ap mids in particular Morganna, Karthus and Ahri. Morg and Karth I just love the fact you can sit back and farm then in team fight get in the middle of their team and just cause chaos and panic. Ahri, I love because of how fun she is at chasing and assassinating.

In custom/aram games when I'm not so worried about being as competitive I absolutely love playing lux and veigar. Killing some-one with a giant laser beam whilst shouting Demacia is a thing of beauty as is catching multiple members of the enemy team in an aoe veigar stun
