Do you mean songs produced explicitly for a game, or a song that is part of a game soundtrack?

if the former: "Still Alive" from Portal(something tells me we'll be seeing a lot of this) or "Ballad of the Wind Fish" from Link's Awakening. It's chilling, like most of the Zelda Soundtrack...

Just to add to the Final Fantasy fan club, I loved "Still More Fighting". The miniboss music. My friends and I still start humming that theme whenever we run into bosses in games. Hehe.
