Feeling nostalgic?

Well with the line of upcoming games becoming narrower I've started to return to some of my old favorites and decided to give them another go. This started for me when I decided to replay Castlevania : SOTN on my PSP. It had been so long since I played it that I completely forgot how much fun it was and went into it almost as if it were a fresh experience. But my trend didn't stop there. Just a few days ago I finally got around to playing Chrono Trigger for my DS, which is a game I haven't picked up in over 12 years. As you can expect that game ate away a good week of my free time. Now I've just downloaded an SNES emulator and will soon get back to my old favorite Earthbound. When drowning in a sea of console games that all seem to run together after a while it feels so refreshing to come back to these games that I love. And having been away from them for so long it fills me with a sense of wonderment almost as if I never played them before.

I was playing Earthbound recently. Ah good memories.

Of course then I got to the desert, which reminded me of the Monkey Maze, so I stopped playing.

Def. still playing Sympohny if the Night. IDK why but i just cant get enough of it. Also i just purchased 1942(old arcade plane shooter) off of the xbla and am loving the hell out of that. Other than those i have to say that from time to time i also play sonic1/2.

Capcom vs SNK 2. i need to take advantage of this game, since it can be hard to come around.

also, i've been playing Star Wars KOTOR. I know, thats not that old, but i havn't played it in a while.

Oh my god! I didn't think anyone else had ever played SimTower. Definitely brings out the nostalgia.

The old Command and Conquer games are really good for nostalgic feelings, if you're into the RTS thing.

Thinking about buying that 10$ pack on steam. It has BG&E, farcry, and something else.

The deal is over. It was Far Cry, BG&E, Dark Messiah Might and Magic, and IL-2 Sturmovik.

I have been thinking about getting back into Spyro, just remembering all the fun that I had as a kid.
