Female form appreciation

I appreciate the female form and find that some games can be improved with the addition of good looking female characters, this forum is to highlight any that have surfaced in the last year or will be appearing in upcoming games. Like a lot of things this is a personnel preference, you may not like games with good looking women or may simply not care, that is fair enough but this thread is for those that do.

Thought of the idea when I saw a trailer for the game Kingdom Under Fire 2, dat Spellsword.

It really shouldn't and if anyone attempts that is just showing a lack of maturity, there are other threads on this website to discuss a dislike of the subject matter beyond personnel taste.

Visual appeal is an important part of gaming and there is no shame in admitting that you like the female form, female cosplay is becoming increasingly popular. Didn't the director of Metal Gear say he designed a characters with cosplay in mind?

Dunno if this counts but I always found the female armors in Monster Hunter. They have better designs than the male who are basically "Dude in armor"

Pretty much, preferably from upcoming games or those that where out within the last year, more about the new and unknown rather than taking a trip down memory lane.

I mean we have threads that talk about almost everything in games, even favourite mount (I swear that no pun was intended and I only thought about that when I read it back)

I haven't even played Dragons Crown but if you go google it 2 guesses what most of the images will be.

While I appreciate the female form very much (maybe a little too much) and I find some characters that others may regard as "oversexualised" to be quite beautiful, I'm getting creepy vibes here.

I'm just kinda uncomfortable. But if there were an equivalent thread about male characters, I wouldn't be uncomfortable about that in the same way. I know they'd be essentially the same thing, but my attitude would be different. It's pretty weird, does anyone else feel this way?

I might be one of the few people that actually finds the proportions of the female characters in that game to be quite appealing... too bad they look quite ridiculous in motion. But that's just me and my thing for extremely imposing looking women.

Played dark Souls 2 and everyone looked the same in armour, personally I preferred that understated ghostly quality in Dark Souls as your character never felt like a proper person, at least until I started wearing Jesters or Havel and look goes out the window for raw power.

Anyway a major complaint from players was the lack of female looking armour, people love this stuff.

Lol no, if someone wants to go and make a thread about appreciating sexy male characters, or boss dragons or whatever else they think others may be into they can do that, your tastes should never be beholden to some vague balancing act. I could make assumptions about why you may feel that way but where not here to talk about that sh*t, I say there's nothing wrong with it, in fact I think that it's unhealthy to think there's something wrong it.

I agree and in games like Fallout: NV and Skyrim I will always get mods like beautiful faces and ones that make the armor look sexy. I know it looks impractical and mostly is but I am a lover of good and pleasing aesthetics.

I suck at making female faces will often look up guides to how to make better ones even if I rarely see them due to the 3rd person perspective letting me see only their backs. I spend 30 min making a character in Demon souls the other day just because I wanted to try to make a non freaky looking character which is a the most challenging in that game. As you can imagine I love fashion souls and will do whole playthroughs just to get a particular set just for a look I want.

The amount of effort people put into that and the amount of people that download them, people like this sh*t, they got Kate Upton in those adds for a reason, if you keep your clam shut about what you want then it will only be through mods.

I second this. Personally I find pictures of women with more realistic body types to be attractive. I mean look at Aveline

You rarely see women built like that in video games and it's a damn shame...a little creepy too. I got a little freaked out by how many of the female characters in LoL are apparently anorexic. Granted they're getting better in that they finally made a female monster character, but still.
