FF7 PC controls

Hey I was wondering what your favorite key map is for FF7 for the PC. I'm trying to find a good layout that is comfortable. Does anyone have any links or tips for mapping out the keys?

if you have a ps3 or x360 use the remote for that

I don't think you CAN map the keys. Google the many many guides that exist.

Just mimick the PS1 control layout.

On one side of the keyboard you have up, down, left, right, L1/L2 and on the other side Triangle,square, X, circle R1/R2.

Start and Select can be enter and delete.

the way i use it is I have the arrow keys for movement

A= square
W= Triangle
D= circle
S= X

and then have
1= L2
2= L1
3= R1
4= R2

this layout never had me confused and I never had to think about what I was doing

oh and I forgot to add that I made the comma= start and the period= select

This reminds me of how I mapped my SNES emulators before I bought a PC controller. I would use...

ASDF = Main Buttons
QWER = Shoulder Buttons
Arrow Keys to D Pad.
Enter = Start
Space = Select

I don't know if that would be best but it made sense for me. I could actually play fighting games pretty decently with this set up.
