Film Festival Dead?

So looking at past years, the annual Film Festival was already announced by this point each year. Am I to take it that the Festival's been dropped from this year on?

Thanks for replying, but I should have clarified, I was talking about the Escapist Film Festival, as in the contest they hold each year to find new video series.
