Flash ads with sounds

Dear mother of god, they're everywhere! It pleases me to disable adblock on The Escapist, but they're so annoying! A 10 sec loop of a Captain America sound. I like to keep Escapist tabs open while i do other things, but now its simply impossible!

Please Escapist crew, i love your site and as much as it is your right to run it however you wish, please consider doing whatever you can to keep sound away from your ads. It is the reason people started blocking ads in the first place.

Give them as much info as you can (what was the ad, where were you on the site; a screen-cap would probably be nice) because (according to the staff at least), the ads are not supposed to play on their own like that.
