For Dragonball Z Fans - A call to action

I don't usually make posts for such things, but I feel strongly enough that I need to do something, no matter how small. This is from the facebook. All I can say is why? A vital character to the series and a favorite of many, only available to those who preorder? One of the main antagonist characters used as a method to ship copies? As a die hard fan of DBZ, I can't let something like this go unchecked. It's wrong, and stupid. They might as well sealed up the entire main cast behind preorder walls.

Here I set up a petition, sign it if you agree. Even if this goes nowhere, I feel like I need to do something to fight this. If you like the game, if you like DBZ at all, please sign and let's send Bandai Namco a message from the fans.

Now I don't know how it works past Dragon Ball Z but isn't that "4" an important distinction? Because from the sound of that, Vegeta HIMSELF is not being blocked by a pre-order bonus but it's a different skin (like how Freiza has two different skins as a pre-order bonus)?

Vegeta is available in all his forms: EXCEPT SSJ4 (Preorder Bonus) That's my problem with this preorder bonus. Why? There's so much they could offer and they use SSJ4 Vegeta?
