That's why I intend to edit and replace the shouts with more spaced out versions (I.E. "Od Ah Viin!" instead of "Od... Ahviin!" or "Fus Ro Dah!" instead of "Fus... Rodah!").

There's actually a gameplay reason for that. I'm not sure a mod can fix it without breaking that aspect of the game.

You're able to add words to a shout by holding it down, so basically what happens is that the first word gets drawn out as you "charge" the rest of it, then the end is delivered at normal speed.

It'd be nice to have them all delivered at normal speed, but that would remove the player's ability to use 1-2 word shouts unless they have preternatural reflexes and finger speed.

Just set time it so that tapping it does 1 word, holding it until the second word is said (I.E. holding it until you hear the start of "Ro" and releasing) gives you 2 words, holding it until the shout takes effect gives you 3 words. Might take a bit of getting used to, but it shouldn't be too bad.

Its a close tie between "COME AT ME BRO", and "FUS RO DAH". Which is strange, because there complete opposites. Ones defensive, baiting your enemy. The other happens to be as offensive as you can get.
