I have watched three videos in a row, three, and not once have I see a video advertisement for [expletive delected] World of Warcraft! I'd heard about the [expletive delected] Iron [expletive delected] Horde so many times I was ready to form the Ironforge Vitrification Society. I'd seen the same [expletive delected] git with the [expletive delected] tusk piercing breathing heavily at me so many times I was looking in to restraining orders.

It had gotten to the point that I'd only peek back to the Escapist occasionally, open a video, see that [expletive delected] ad and close the page again because it wasn't [expletive delected] worth it. I get that the Escapist needs to get money somewhere, but [expletive delected] me with a [expletive delected] lime-flavoured [expletive delected] badger, that ad got annoying fast and took forever to [expletive delected] off.

As to your problem, I guess I'm not sure what you want here. The Escapist gets paid for those videos. Sometimes there are lots of ad-buyers and you get variety and sometimes only Blizzard wants to make it rain. It sucks in a "firstworldproblems" sort of way but either mute the videos and go play somewhere else online for thirty seconds or get a PubClub (come on...all the cool kids are doing it! Although they let me in so someone must have been asleep at the wheel on that one )

Well, if it's really that infuriating, you've got options.

If you made it on the internet and use it with any regularity, I'm pretty sure you know what those options are.
