Frustrating moments in Gaming

Post in your most Frustrating moments in a game, be it a hard ware failure, that one mission that annoys you, or that guy online who keeps noob tubing you, (I talking about you Tom)

For me its got to be the time I was playing Red Dead Redemption, I was about 30 minutes form a Save point when I got mauled by a Mountain lion, well first it knocked me off my horse, then it nomed my body, I was so angry at it...and because I lost resources too, I killed like 10 deer before that and a couple of bears too, and I was headin back into town and then...yeah

Starfox adventures. Test of strength with the lizard guy. I can't get it by myself. Also Donkey kong jungle beat. I think it's sumo kong. Even with THREE people bashing the drums we still can't get a gold medal on him.

I can't remember the game now but I have got so used to autosaves in non-rpg games that I played for 4 hours and got tired and just switched off the system making me lose all progress.

Also the whole poison swamp level in Demon's Souls, I just hate it with a passion. Continually getting poisoned by the water and can't evade while your in it and if you do try to evade you get stuck in a little "you can't animation" which is usually fatal as you can't get a shield up.

Specifically, the quick-time events that require you to move the analog stick in a certain way in order to avoid an attack. They hardly ever register that you have done the movement and you consequently die.

Fucking annoying.

The "Loose Ends" level in Modern Warfare 2. Damn, it was impossible even in Recruit mode.

Probably any situation when you grind for over an hour to catch up to the baddies... and then find out you need a few more hours... and then find out that the baddies had a weak spot.

Another frustration is getting lost in a horror game map (or RPG map) to the point where not even the online walkthroughs know where you are.

Well that and finally getting a Gym Leader/E4's Pokemon down to the red mark with an ineffective Pokemon...

...and then watch in dismay as the Full Restore undoes all your effort.

That is frustrating.

OT: God Of War 1 Challenge of the Gods. Without a walk through or help. Also playing an online game, like this shitty one i play, where some little pissant uses a attack that reduces your HP by 50% every 3 seconds for 1 minute so you can't heal and have to hide like a pussy then he just ups and 1 hits you for 1 damage.

Oh funny story about that. I was playing Heartgold. I got used Sandattack on Lances best Dragonite over and over again still I couldn't anymore, it was his last pokemon and my last pokemon. It was down to the wire with him having used up his full restore. And then...he Hyperbeamed me...I was like...WTF...and then I laughed

I started a second playthrough of Red Faction Guerrilla recently and was having tons of fun, until I accidentally saved over my most recent save. Luckily I kept two saves, but the second one was pretty far back. It's going to be a while before I get back to playing it.

Fighting Lady-PMS and her three boss modes in Final Fantasy X. I'd say who, but it might be considered a spoiler. I did not enjoy getting my ass handed to me multiple times on the last mode and having to endure a long cutscene and the first two modes.

Come to think of it... there's a lot of Final Fantasy moments that have made me chuck the controller, something I'm really not prone to doing.

Ocarina of Time; Water Temple. I hate that place. >.<
