I was hoping to see that women get married

I would have laughed if Maharu would have married Kazuharu.Would be a great ending as well.

Not really she didnt like him since hes too perverted.

Which is why it would be funny.And having just any marriage would have been a good ending.As long as it would be a known character.

Air Gear is okay. Some people don't like it though. Not sure why.

Probably because of the gigantic amount of ridiculous fan service moments that ruin all pretenses of credibility to take the show even slightly seriously. It's basically just softcore porn with a plot as equally weak.

FLCL is the epitome of funny animes. That, and School Rumble!

FLCL is pretty much just a big penis joke. If that kind of thing is what tickles your funny than I guess it would be good for that. I didn't even smile once during the whole show though.

Tsukuyomi: Moon Phase has its funny moments. It's not all funny, bit the majority of it is.

Also, Excel Saga. It's so freaking weird that it's funny. I think the main character dies in every episode.

Ah I've already seen GTO, not too long ago actually! Yeah subs aren't bad, but in english it means I can still do things like play games and browse forums on the other screen and still follow it.

Yeah, it's always nice to do other stuff while you're watching. And I'm glad you watched GTO, what were your thoughts on it?

Might want to look into the English Version of Azumanga Daioh. Massively entertaining.

If you're going to watch Azumanga Daioh, watch it with English subtitles; the voice actors are HORRIBLE.

Jesus Christ, they made my ears bleed. A few episodes weren't available in subs...I don't want to talk about it.

Seriously though, they fucked up on the voices so badly that all the characters lost their personality.

Too true, I spent more time cringing than anything. The one with the out-of-place southern accent and the one with the ridiculously high voice particularly annoyed me.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a dub hater, in fact I'll take a good dub over a sub any day. But I'm afraid I'll never recover from that...abomination.

A good dub almost makes an anime for me.

Take Code Geass, for example. All the voices felt in place and perfect for their characters.

Some others, though... ouch.

Love Hina, Azumanga, etc.

You know, I've met some people that actually dislike the Code Geass dub, which I simply can't understand. Aside from Nunally's voice being a bit irritating, I couldn't find fault with it. Watching it subbed just wouldn't provide the same experience.

A few other animes, such as Death Note and FMA, are much better when watched dubbed (IMO of course). A good dub can make an anime that much better.
