Maybe this is a bit sad to some, but I think It's an interesting question still.
Extra Credits did an episode as to why videogame music is so important. It's also really good. Yeah, there's the music which just fits in the background and is just there for the sake of adding atmosphere, but then there's Music in a game so good that not only do you hear, you Listen to as well! You may probably even have it on your ipod because it's so damn listenable.
For me, No More Heroes holds a lot of choices (I have the whole soundtrack album on my iPod you see) but If I had to pick one, it would be "Phillistine", the boss theme of Margaret moonlight. The fukada mix to be exact.
It's so strangely compelling to listen to.
