Game references in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World

Scott Pilgrim vs. the World is an awesome movie. It references A LOT of classic as well as modern games. I would like to find out, which ones and when. Let me start with one quite obvious and two not so obvious:

In the beginning, Young Neil has a Nintendo DS and plays Zelda, you can hear the music...



Nega Scott - Reminds me of a Mirror Prince from the very first Prince of Persia.



When Scott defeats Gideon, Gideon gives a monologue and is all distorted, like SHODAN from System Shock

The fairy fountain music from Zelda plays when he goes to pee, I forget the rest :/
One of my dumbass friends said this to me "there weren't that many references in it, I don't know what people were making a fuss about it for." To which I said that just because you don't get a reference doesn't mean there aren't any.

Nega scott is a reference to Dark Link in the Zelda games

The name of the band Sex Bob-omb is a reference to the tom Jones song Sex Bomb with the twist of mario by putting bob-omb instead

Crash and the boys is based on the sega genesis game Crash 'n the boys

And if you're including the books too then there's:
Scott, Kim and Lisa's band was called Sonic and Knuckles

The plot of Scott Pilgrim is kinda like Kingdom Hearts(At least in the books).
