I'm not sure if this should be in off-topic or not, but what the hell.

I've noticed lately that shops like Gamestation are stocking more and more video game shirts.

I've never been very fashion conscious (black, gray, blue, white and red. Everything matches!) but I don't know if I would wear them.

I mean I love my xbox but clothes say a lot about you, do you think that wearing a Street Fighter t-shirt is telling people you have too much gaming in your life?

I don't think so. I've got a pacman and an asteriods shit that I wear all the time. Most people my age love them and creepy adults tell me that my shirt reminds them of their childhood.

I don't think it "says a lot about you". I wear all kinds of nutty and fashionable clothes, so you can pin down a person based on one thing they wear.

I would class pacman and asteroids as kinda retro, i really mean more current games.

I like to buy them if they are funny and a game everyone would know about(like mario).

I guess if the only thing you wear is gaming t-shirts then you may have too much gaming in your life.

Generally only buy clothes that don't flash their own brand around, if a shirt has nice graphic/designs on it then fine, but brand logos should be kept to a minimum as I can't see what's appealing about where I bought it from.

I never wore that many shirts with game logos or characters on them and nowadays my preference has a tendency to fall on expensive clothing. I would rather a more sophisticated or stylish appearance and rarely wear clothing with logos at all.

It depends on the coolness of the game and how long its been out really. Also how popular it is and how fans have been portrayed in the media.

I usually just wear UnderArmour and American eagle. I have like 3 gaming shirts. A GoW, A grow up shirt (Picture of a mushroom from mario), and Get a life (1-up mushroom), Oh and flash. But He's not gaming really.

Got one with the Star from the Super Mario Games wich i really like, but it's kinda annoying to run around with that and hearmy friends trying to make funny comments about that (emphasis on trying).

And i got one with the Design of Hoagie's Shirt in Day of the Tentacle
http://www.pcgames.de/screenshots/541x812/2009/09/hoagie.jpg
wich, needless to say, rocks. Stealth-Nerdy and still kinda cool looking for non-gamers.

That's the only ones (Gamer Shirts, not overall shirts), and the only kind i would wear. No Logos or stupid jokes, just a Design that has geek-chic

I like video game shirts. It screws with people's minds because I am a semi attractive female and wearing a video game shirt. They don't expect it.
Plus I don't really care.....I just kind of throw on random clothes anyways.
I have a warioware one that says I've got more swag than you......that i love to wear.

Buying gaminng related clothing is just the same as buying band t-shirts or merchandise, you buy it because you like the band/ game/ film thats on it and by wearing it you're telling people what you like.

The only thing that bugs me is all the pre-faded stuff that keeps coming out as if to say "I've been a batman fan all my life and this shirt is obviously soooooo old and I in no way only just bought it because the films were good". What a load of rubbish

I have a Halo "Legendary" t-shirt, that's it. Unless you mean gaming humour, at which point I have about 8. My favourite being my "I AM ERROR" t-shirt.

I hate fashion, however. Mindless crap.

Most of all I just wear my expensive, hand-made pinstripe suit with either a t-shirt or a proper shirt underneath.
