San Andreas had some references to Driv3r and how much it sucked. The one mission where you're stealthing about in Madd Dogg's mansion there's a guy who's playing some video games and is complaining about the character sucking or what not.

In DAH (destroy all humans) Path of the Furon, Crypto and Pox have like, a 3 minute banter about Crypto coming up with ideas for like, Halo and Mario, and stuff like that. (The game was set Long before any of those games, so I thought it was comedic gold.

Zelda games reference Mario all the time. Example: In OOT, the painting of Mario characters in a window. In Link to the Past, every residential house, there is a portrait of Mario. In the Game Boy titles, there are Mario enemies like Bob-Ombs and Chain Chomps. Goombas even die from being jumped on, unlike every other enemy in the Zelda franchise.
