After the noticing the perfect games thread I thought there should be a thread for those games which have issues but you love still all the same !
This is what I ment if you enjoyed it good for.TheNamlessGuy said:Wet.
Yes I said Wet.
It was fun.
Shut up!
Seeing so many people say they hate the way that the texture arrives on a planet just after you do, I have come to the conclusion that I must be the ONLY person who actually quite likes it, I think it is an interesting effect.Ren3004 said:Hmmm... Mass Effect is a game that I absolutely love, and have finished several times, despite the texture pop-in, elevator rides and repetitive sidequests.
There are also some games I like mostly for nostalgia/fanboyism reasons, that I'd rather not disclose.
Really? I found the racing quite easy. I'm not taking the piss out of you or anything.Jenova65 said:Or say you have to win a race in a game(think KOTOR) to further the story but you suck at racing (I can do this race, but can't do any of the others in the game, as I can't be bothered to keep failing at it to get better + it isn't what I pick the game up for)
It's not to bad when you get to planets, but when there's a close-up of someone, it looks pretty bad. And I just thought that the textures got there after you because they couldn't travel faster than light.Jenova65 said:Seeing so many people say they hate the way that the texture arrives on a planet just after you do, I have come to the conclusion that I must be the ONLY person who actually quite likes it, I think it is an interesting effect.Ren3004 said:Hmmm... Look, we all suck at something, I am honest and I suck at FPS's and those racing sections in KOTOR, so I'm not offendedScaredCougar said:Really? I found the racing quite easy. OTrobably Mirrors Edge. It was repetitive but I liked te style and the combat.
I hear you on that, it can do no wrong, and I even liked the Mako tbh, I liked that it was impossible to turn it over and wreck it while exploring, which I totally would have done, but for that.........Ren3004 said:It's not to bad when you get to planets, but when there's a close-up of someone, it looks pretty bad. Anyway, that game could make my controller burst into flames and I'd probably still play it.
