I'm really hungry for a great party based RPG.

What i have played:
Dragon Age series
Mass Effect series
Baldur's Gate series
Neverwinter Nights
Fallout series (including the first two)
Planescape:Torment
The Witcher series
The Elder Scrolls series (though its boring)
Final Fantasy 7
Deus Ex Human Revolution
Fable TLC
Icewind dale series

Games i didn't like:
Neverwinter Nights 2
Vampires:TMB
Risen series
Gothic series
Alpha Protocol
Star wars KOTOR series (not a star wars fan)
Arcanum
Jade Empire
DARK SOULS (Because it ruins your life)

Is there any good RPG that i don't know about?

What platforms?

The Tales of ... series is pretty solid as a whole. With Symphonia (GC) and Vesperia (360) being standouts.
The Etrian Odyssey series is a niche gem of a first-person roguelike dungeon crawler on the DS/3DS. You can try the demo of EO4 the 3DS eShop.
Lost Odyssey (360) was produced by the guy who created Final Fantasy. So if you enjoyed FF7, it's definitely worth a playthrough.

Looks like you've got all the essentials covered. You could try "Temple of Elemental Evil," although it's still buggy as all heck after all these years, even with patches and mods. Your mileage may vary.

Other than that, I don't know. I'm trying to forget how bad DA:O was, but this site won't let me. Biggest disappointment for me this past gen. Sold my copy (PS3) back to the store and never bothered with DA2.
Was the console version of DA:O worse than the PC version for some reason?

OT:
You've already played most of the games I was going to suggest.
Have you tried the Wizardry series? Similar to Legend of Grimrock, except you can have 6 people(or cat/wolf/dragon-kin, halflings, elves, etc in a party.
Jagged Alliance? Assemble your team and liberate a country from its evil queen.
Silent Storm? (Post) WW2-era, squad-based tactical game, similar to Jagged Alliance.
Elven Legacy? Tile-based fantasy RPG.
Mount&Blade: Warband? Strategic and real-time RPG.

How about XCOM?

The new one is a pretty good tactical RPG, which is rare at this point.
And the one is about to be released, while focuses on shooter mechanics more than on pure RPG, still has the tactical gameplay of games like Mass Effect and Dragon Age.

Yes, it was. Your millage may vary, but the console version ditched most of the tactical gameplay to make it similar to an action RPG (because controllers are not well suited for real time strategy, apparently). Of course, if you try to play it as a pure action RPG, you are going to get your ass handed to you in any but the easiest difficulties.

Xcom is more of a turn-based strategy with a strictly mission-based structure. A wonderful game but maybe not the best pick if you're craving a proper RPG, exploration and all.

If you liked Human Revolution, you might want to try the first Deus Ex game if you can stomach the dated presentation. It's not party-based but then again, neither was HR.

I've heard that the Divinity series were pretty good, although I've played Divinity 2 for a bit and thought it was awful. But I guess I just wasn't in the right mood then. And the other games in the series are quite different.

Then there's Legend of Grimrock, a wonderful indie RPG / dungeon crawler thingy.

There's also Inquisitor, which is a lot closer to the traditional isometric RPG thing. I honestly didn't find it all that good but it's worth a try I think.

By way of gameplay, I cannot say. But visually, the difference is staggering. [sub]I play it on PS3. u,u[/sub]

The Tales of Series is full of solid party-based JRPGs. There are a lot of titles we didn't get, but the ones we do get are absolutely amazing. Of course, Tales of Series is a little more niche in America and Europe than in Japan. Outside of Japan, it's either you love it or you hate it.

You can get Tales of Graces f for roughly $30-40, depending where you go. Tales of Xillia comes out tomorrow(Friday for Europeans), so take a look at a few trailers.

All the Tales games have varying but similar combat systems. All of the battles take place in separate arena from the overworld, like the traditional JRPG, but they're all real-time. Definitely give them a look if you like party-based rpgs with real-time combat.

Deus Ex: The Conspiracy seems up your alley if you can handle old games.
Morrowind is also a game for people who like old games.

The Witcher series is very similar to Dragon Age in tone and atmosphere. On top of that, it's one of my favorites.

The Disciples series is a wonderful tactical game in a high fantasy setting. Dragon Age is gritty low fantasy, so the setting is inverted, but it's just as strategical.

Shadowrun Returns is outstanding and has tons of user generated content.

Also, look up "roguelikes", and you'll find a bunch to consume your time.
