Infinite Undiscovery...because it sucks, quite frankly.
Disgaea 2, too much grinding for my tastes, though I did enjoy the time I spent on it.
Persona 1 on PSP, I'm at the final dungeon but can't bring myself to finish it.
Brutal Legend, I don't want to bother with the RTS segments.

at the moment, Assassins Creed: Brotherhood. I just haven't felt like playing the story or the game at all.

Two Worlds, almost all my PS1 and Dreamcast games, Army of Two 2.

Two Worlds because it was really bad. The PS1 and Dreamcast games because I start loosing interest. Army of Two 2, because I was supposed to play it with my brother but he gave up and it's oddly boring without two people--I don't know anyone else who'd play it and I don't play video games as much anymore.

Silent Hill: Origins
It just got boring, plus Lisa was in it. I really don't like her... at all.

I've completed hardly any of the games I've actually bought, the reason, well, I suck. Yeah.

Condemned 2, right when your character gets shouty DBZ powers and forgos the "hit things with sticks" combat AKA what the entire game was based around in favour of "here take these shitty aiming controls and crap guns and shoot through hordes of bad guys"

Also Deadly Premonition, not that it isn't awesome of course, you just can't play it in large doses otherwise you'd start addressing the air as "Zach" and start trying to foresee the future in your morning coffee...

Half-Life: Blue Shift.

I played maybe twenty minutes when I realized the expansion wasn't like Opposing Force in the fact that it was mind blowingly different; it was just more of Half-Life 1, and I didn't like Half-Life 1.

Often, I don't finish a game because I get halfway, then some computer trouble has me reformat and lose all my save games. Other times, the save games erase themselves...hrm...

I always have trouble getting past the final boss. I always get around 90% completed then move onto something new before I finish them.

I try and complete games as, when I was a kid, my mother wouldn't let us buy a new game until we had finished the old one unless we could explain why. The first time it happened was when I started to play "Final fantasy X" I hated that game, from the whiny voice actors to the story, which I wasn't too fond of. The only character that made it bearable was Auron, but he wasn't enough to get me through the game.

HOW DARE YOU! I was in love with her when I was 11. Thought she was the greatest thing ever. Kinda admission there...
BTW, you're not missing anything. Ending was pointless

OT- I have a few of theses.
Tomb Raider- Underworld- Bored me to death
Star Ocean, a new hope- At the end, but I need to grind to get prepared. Just building up the confidence
Ateria Rorona- I wanted to get into it, but keep getting side tracked. OK thats it! Getting that done this week
Crisis 2- Really don't care for it
Tactics Ogre- I have no reason, just haven't played it in a while

I have a habit of getting distracted.

It doesn't happen often I buy games and not finish them.

A few that I can recall:
GTA IV - Because of an annoying bug that made my favorite car disappear.
Assassin's Creed II - Got boring; more of the same. I will probably revisit the game later, though.
Star Wars KOTOR - The game bugged out and I couldn't finish it.
Infinite Undiscovery - Disappointed game
Resonance of Fate - My Xbox360 broke down /cry
Neverwinter Nights 2 - Performance issues with my old PC
Prince of Persia - The game bugged out and I couldn't finish it.

EDIT: Oblivion - Way too easy and unbalanced, buggy and most of all boring.
