Back in the golden era of my youth I could replay the pokemon games for hours on end. Now Oblivion seems to have filled that special spot. I judge a game's worth based both on whether I like it or not, what others think doesn't quite rank that high in my opinion, and the amount of gameplay I feel like putting into it. Some other games that I replayed constantly: Call of Duty 4, Fallout 3, Advance Wars, and MVP Baseball 2005.

Mount&Blade would be on this list, if the Warband expansion didn't ruin it (you can't go back after playing with all the improvements). Instead Mount&Blade Warband is the first on the list. Streets of Rage and the Genesis Sonic games come up next, with the Mechwarrior games following thereafter.

I have a bit of trouble getting through the start of Morrowind, Mass Effect and Fallout 3 but I never really get sick of replaying them

Chrono Cross - Not ever close to being the best JRPG ever, but it's simple enough to replay over and over again.

Pokemon
I guess I still like Fable and Jade Empire eventhough I've beat them at least 4 or 5 times each

Master of Orion 2.
Not 3. Oh, hell, not three, no way sir, burn that with fire please. Two all the way. One would be borderline acceptable in a pinch, but two is really, really sweet no matter the circumstances.

Heroes of Might and Magic, preferably 3 and/or WoG, that also works.

Or Sid's Alpha Centauri and the expansion pack. Nice enough multiplayer too.

Master of Magic, that could work, but no multiplayer kind of sucks.
Same objection to some of the games in the Civilisation series (when it was still Sid).

Mafia
Baldur's Gate (all games)
StarCraft II
Metal Gear Solid 2-4
Half-Life 2 + Episodes
Ninja Gaiden (the original, still haven't played NG2)
Deus Ex
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Mass Effect 2
Portal (!!!)

That about covers the most essential of them =)

Earthbound
Legend of Mana
The original Spyro trilogy
Psychonauts

I used to enjoy restarting my Pokemon games from the beginning, but I've stopped doing that ever since I got Jirachi from an event (I don't care if I suddenly want to change my starter from Piplup to Chimchar, I'm NOT losing an event only Pokemon.)

Super Mario RPG.

I generally don't like the classic turn based RPGs, but I have beaten SMRPG probably fifty times and keep going back at least once a year.

Also, Super Metroid. Must... find... all the missiles....
