No this is not a list for the most underrated games ever. More like your list of games you really just don't want your friends to know you play or games everyone else hates but you. If this has been done before, don't *****, just let the mod close it, and sorry in advance.

Anyways, mine would have to be Odin Sphere

despite its girly....well, everything... its god damn fun!

I don't own it, but I do love everything about Eternal Sonata and my room mate thinks it is the craziest thing he has ever seen.

Pokemon anything.

I've played from Red and Blue up to Pearl now. Even dabbling with the console based games on occasion, via Blockbuster with that "it's for my sibling" look. I don't know why I'm drawn to it, because most RPGs, and especially turn based JRPGs tend to make me roll my eyes and move on. But the Pokemon series has caught something in me and I'm compelled to play them. Not to that "gotta catch 'em all" level of OCD, but certainly to the point where it isn't exactly normal. Especially for a 20-something guy.

And damn that cartoon is entertaining to me. Must be something in the water...

I'd say Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball, but I make no secret of being a filthy pervert, and it shows up on my gamertag anyway.

Lost Kingdoms

My housemate and I used to play a lot of Halo online, then he'd play games like Mortal Combat: Armageddon and Dead Rising and shit like that, and I'd go back to my room where my Wii is and put in the old gamecube game and would love it.

Viva Pinata

going from a shooter to the docile and self-satisfying garden of creatures, is... deliciously Zen

The phrase "deliciously zen", is a term i keep as my dark little secret, but, come on, how many people use the internet
Same here, although I never keep it a secret. I actually defend Viva Pinata heavily when anyone dares try to deny how awesome it is!

Öuhm... It'd have to be this strategy/rpg game a friend sent me once. It's great fun and very deep (deeper than... say Bahamut Lagoon) with lots of challenging levels, advanced strategic options, class changes and the like. The problem is that it's simultanously a hardcore hentai game : P

It doesn't bother me much personally, but I think it qualifies as something you wouldn't want to be caught dead playing, regardless of why you play it : )

I think...that those are the 3 genres i didnt think could ever possibly be rolled into one...hentai games, RPGs and Strategy all in one freaky package. Damn...

On a sidenote notice which genre i put first, odd.

Blood Omen 2 and Phantasy Star Online Episode 1 & 2.

When I'm bored, I get the occasional fetish for playing crappy games.

Mine would have to be Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure for the PSP. Don't get me wrong now, the game is really good, but the graphics and the presentation are so childish, everything looks like it came out of discovery kids or something. But underneath all that cuteness is a very deep and enjoyable action RPG with awesome pacing and a compelling enough storyline. I just love it. I also have a weakness for ANY dungeon crawler, no matter how bad it is (and I've played BAD ones) I'll play 'em 'till I beat'em.

Probably because it comes first in the alphabet!

I kept thinking as I played it; did they really need porn to sell this game? I'd have bought it if there wasn't any, that's how good it is : /

I don't really have a game that I would be asamed of, but I have to admit a small amount of shame that I am reading and posting on a gaming forum at 10:45am using my iPod while I wait on fiancé to get ready.

FF X-2

The characters, the story and most importantly: the ridiculously underdressed girls in that game bring shame to the FF name. thats too bad because the gameplay was absolutely wonderful

I don't "hide" games so that other people wont see it but every friend I have that plays video games, thinks Dreamfall and the longest journey is BS. I also used to play harry potter and I still love the rayman series.
