Games you play BECAUSE they're bugged?

So, do you have any games that you play because they have interesting bugs/glitches?

Personally, I played the HELL out of Halo 3 for this reason. Following CMneir & his 'Halo 3 Tricks' Videos was how I spent most of my time. They added an optional mission to the campaign that I could not go without completing, & it's not like they were problems as such. You had to REALLY look for some of the more game breaking glitches & even getting out of the maps had it's own sense of achievement.

So, How about you? What games do you enjoy exploiting as such?

I used to play Jak II back in the day and that game had a lot of glitches in it. One of my favorite ones is where I am driving through Haven city and I noticed that part of the city would vanish.

Hmm, I don't think I play any game because of the glitches but I sure as hell enjoy some. Let's see:

Morrowind - the game...doesn't have any balance to speak of. You can further use cheats and mods to break it even further. I still like it very much, though. I enjoy exploiting stuff, I also enjoy avoiding exploitation. It's somehow so much rewarding to know you did something honestly and sweat over it, than taking the easy shortcut. At least I feel so. Money is no particular issue, however with some self-imposed limitations (items can be sold only for whatever money the merchant has. No storage of items, too.) and I'm genuinely happy when I get 1000 gold for a quest. Oblivion isn't as satisfying for the whole "everything levels with you" aspect (well, unless modded away) and I don't think you can break it as much as Morrowind.

Fable - Pfft, yeah. It's sort of like Morrowind, however, where MW is often broken because of the huge world and many options, Fable is just broken. And I like it. I don't tend to overexploit the game, however I just do it enough to smooth things up when needed.

Plants vs Zombies - There is only one one bug (I know of) that really matters - if you play puzzle, and I really like Vasebreaker Eternal, if you lose, you can click Main Menu, instead of "Try Again" or closing the game. If you do that, you can then continue from the last time you left the game. And the level would be exactly the same as you had before. So at the start of the level, you can leave, try it out and if you lose, just redo it, knowing where stuff is. I enjoy redoing the higher Vasebreaker levels (20-30+) until I do them just right. I don't bother taking notes which vase contains what, I try to do it from memory and as fast as possible.

Sometimes when I have friends over, we pop in Sonic '06 for the same reason we might pop in The Room or Birdemic...

Any Bethy game. But who doesn't love them for that.
Skyrim was pretty good (for the 360) from launch. It got unstable as the save got up there in play time though.
Then they try to patch and get dragons flying backwards.

The only reason I play Skyrim is to see all the bugs and glitches.

Npc's in the ground, or floating away into the air, bugged dragons.

It's how I entertain myself when I am bored.

Halo 3 eh...? I played the hell out of Halo 2

Anyway, games that I play because of bugs?

Aquaman: Battle for Atlantis
Elder Scrolls 3, 4 and, 5
Fallout 3
Fallout: New Vegas
Predator (NES)
Shadow the Hedgehog
Sonic the Hedgehog (2006)

I have numerous other games that I picked up specifically because of how ass they are made out to be. Personally I really, unironically liked Sonic 06 and, beating Predator was the most satisfying NES game completion I've done since Zelda 2. Shadow was one I absolutely couldn't get into though...sure I got the neutral and evil endings but getting that far did something horrible to my soul...something...terrible...

Anyway, I'm more than likely going to grab Sonic and the Black Knight, Sacred Rings and, Colors for the Wii soon since I still have my $10 amazon credit from Injustice. 2 of those are apparently bad and I can't wait to sink my teeth into them!

Not me, but I've talked to a lot of people who play old versions of Minecraft in order to have a sand dupe bug or because of block update detectors.

My buddies and I used to exploit the hell out of Halo 2.
Seriously, there are so many spots in that game where you can just run out of the map and just explore, you'd almost think it was a open-world game.

Pretty much ever older Minecraft player has legitimately complained when Mojang fixed a bug that they tried to turn into a game mechanic. (Old style cart boosting, countless others I cannot remember at the moment)
