I recently, after at least a year or two of having it, beaten Silent Hill: The Escape.

Now I know what your saying

"Oh Zombiejoe you sexual beast, what are you talking about? What is this game? I've never heard of it."

Well this game is for iPhone and iPod Touch. It is a game set in the Silent Hill universe, a first person game where you must travel through long mazes, shooting at monsters with limited ammo, finding keys, and surviving.

All in all it's an ok game...well expect for the ending I guess.

[spoiler/]At the end, you finally escape the indoors, and run through the mist of the outside to find... [spoiler/] Aliens. Yes, aliens. And this isan't a bonus ending or anything, this is the real freaking ending. You find aliens and they capture you. The End...expect for the bonus levals when you play as an alien.

but the thing is, I am assuming no one else has ever heard of this game before, and if they had they didn't plan on playing it.

So tell me, what are some games you have played, but no body else has.

XD

Original War. Think Command and Conquer, only it's set in prehistoric times (time travel is involved), you have a limited number of troops, each with a face and a personality, and are adept at either Soldiering, engineering, mechanics, or science. But if they die, they don't come back (unless it's the protagonist, Game Over (man) if he dies).

And Russians are ALWAYS outnumbering you 2:1. I loved that game, and I might reinstall it, as there were a few branching story paths I never encountered.

Sounds interesting.

Reminds me a little of Fire Emblem (please say that's the name of the game) for DS

Apogee's Crystal Caves.

Well, I'm sure plenty of people played it. I'd be shocked if more than a tiny handful of people who haven't already go back to it now.

The Hobbit for computer. It is basically an old game that I played when i was 4and it was even old then. It basically follows the similar Hobbit story line but with a lot of jumping from ledge to ledge and seldom sneaking despite the fact you are in possession of the ring, there is combat but it isn't really necessary nor does the game promote combat.

There's AaAaAA!!! A Reckless Disregard for Gravity: a wonderful, obscure game that combines extreme sports, candy-colored visuals, aburdist humor, and a self-flaggelation-esque difficulty curve into a concentrated mass of awesome. It's just $10 on Steam, you have no excuse now that I've told you, go play it.

Mischief Makers. It's a side-scrolling platformer for the Nintendo 64.
I never understood why I enjoy it so much, but I can clearly say, it is my favorite game on the N64.

I have seen fan-art for it, and even the Angry Video Game Nerd seems to have a problem with it without ever fully reviewing why. However, it's not mainstream in the least.

All you have to do is make your way to the end of the level and grab a spinning green star to complete the level. Along the way there are enemies, puzzles, and mini bosses that will slow you down. Some levels are just boss fights; others are story driven.

Your only abilities are a grab, shake, and throw; along with a slide and boost. Sometimes you can kill an enemy and take their weapon to use briefly. There's even a bosses where you have to kill them with their own weapons, or even their own fist!

It's a fun and goofy game that I wish to someday see Square Enix to make a sequel to, but I don't have too high of hopes.

it's a very obscure and pretty badly reviewed game which apparently it's set on the WarHammer 40k Dawn of War universe

see, it's like, an action game, with a strategy approach

or a strategy game, based on combat

thing is, you don't really have to manage a lot, just put your buildings and shit, make your space marines, space marines riding on velociraptors (oh fuck yes) and giant fucking mechs

every building and shit appears immediately as you click it, so it's much more fast paced than normal strategy games

and the combat is pretty cool too, for example, there's like, bonus boxes where you can get battle cards (yeah, it has a yu-gi-oh approach to combat too, but it's optional)

where you can get the Hammer of the Gods card and take down the entire enemy infantry you're fighting with ^-^

That's one way of looking at it yeah. I actually play FE a lot, so I get what you mean.

Also, if you haven't played the earlier FE games in the series (the SNES ones) play them all. They're brutally hard at times, but they're epic.

I love(d) that game. My old house-mate said this game was trash, but to him if I'm not playing Shenmue, I'm doing games wrong.

Why would they bother? They can sink millions into the progressively worse (I say that as a fan) Final Fantasy series instead.

Mischief Makers was a great game though.

Anyone play Pinobee? It was... Well, you were a robotic bee. Trying to find Grandpa bee.
Uhm, that was basically it. It was a sidescrolly platformer.
I was going to say Mischief Makers, but seems that it is better known than I thought. Why is Marina not in Brawl, then? Good question! Shake shake.
