Simple enough... what are some games you wish you hadn't gotten rid of, or accounts you wish you hadn't canceled.

For me, there are a few:

City of Hereos - I started playing when the game was relatively new, and found it quite enjoyable. Slightly repetitive, but the change of MMO environments was refreshing, and the combat was quick enough to make the flow never get tedious. Unfortunately, I got swept into the WoW crowd before it got taken over by immature players and could only afford one MMO.

All my Gamecube games - Wasn't really using the darn thing, so I gave it and all my games to a friend of mine (for a cost, of course) and now that I have a Wii, I'm wishing I could play some of those games like Super Mario Sunshine, Zelda: WW, Pikmin, etc.

Resident Evil and D for the PS1 and System Shock and System Shock 2 for the PC. The few other games I regretted getting rid of like Rogue Squadron for the N64 I have re-acquired.

I can honestly say "none". I play 'em until they're either done or I'm sick of 'em, and I don't sell very many games... I generally only buy "keepers".

I guess the closest is "Dead Rising", as I got stuck unable to advance the story and faced having to restart the game after some 20 hours of play to get more "grind-tastic". I want to see the story unfold and I enjoy much of the game, but the leveling up and the focus on boss fights just didn't appeal... and the weirdly-changing context-dependant control schemes (more flavours than Baskin Robins!) put me off too.

Driver: You are the Wheelman. Gave it to a friend after I was "bored" of playing Survival in Frisco. I miss it every day...
Privateer 2: Owed some money, so I gave it in exchange. BIG MISTAKE. I miss it's open endedness...

Burnout 3 and Metal Arms:Glitch in the System. Both had kickass multiplayer and were just fun like games should be.

Fullmetal Alchemist 2: The Curse of the Crimson Elixir. I really liked this game, but I'd beaten it so I traded it in for store credit on Kingdom Hearts II. I later came to regret it enough that every time I went to a Gamespot, I looked for a copy of this game. It took me about, oh, a year to find a copy. So now we have been reunited. I'm happy.

Wind Waker, got pissed off with the triforce fishing quest at the end and sold it. Then had a guilt trip a few days later like I'd pimped my mother and ended up buying it back, however as I did it on ebay I barely made a loss.

Diablo 2...Lvl 99 was always so out of reach, you can only do baal runs for so long until you want to start ripping your hair out.

I did just recently find my cds and started another charater..I will get to lvl 99 if it's the last thing I do.

Runescape and no, I am not taking the piss. It was brilliant, one of the best RPG communities around, £3 a month and you got an extra 75% of the game, tonnes (and I MEAN tonnes) of skills and things to do. Then I also got swept into the WoW crowd and promised myself i'd still play RS but then WoW stole my soul. And I still remmeber PK'in at the g dz in the wildy lolz and miss it like hell.

Then funnily enough I sold my WoW account and the only thing I miss a little is the time I wasted playing the damn thing oh and arenas, they were brilliant.

PS. I know RS had shit graphics

My sister lives on the other side of the country, when I got my 360 and moved away for a while, I gave her my PS2 with a huge library of games. I'm sure I'll get them back some time, but she's not even playing the fucking thing. I went to visit her a few months ago, you know what she's doing? Playing the original Final Fantasy on the NES. WTF? Don't ask for my PS2 if you're not going to play it.

Other than that, the only thing I regret is losing my Fallout 1 disc. I have the case, manual, and even the box somewhere in a dark closet, but I can find the disc. I've been wanting to have a Fallout-a-thon for a while now, but I've only been able to have a Fallout 2-a-thon. Not the same.

Sword of Vermilion (Genesis) - I completed this game too quickly and took it back to the store the very next day complaining that the advertised playtime was over a hundred hours. I did get Lakers vs. Celtics (best basketball game ever) in exchange though, but even now I want to play that one again in all it's pixelated glory. Apparently, I didn't even get the final sword in the game before finishing it. Unfinished business on my part, I guess. ;-)

Hell: A Cyberpunk Thriller (DOS) - I got stuck for an insanely long time on one spot that asked you for a particular password and never completed it, but I really liked the game. I gave it to a family friend once I got my Macintosh a long time ago though. Now that I have a PC again, I would love to beat that game.

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (PS) - This was easily the best game I played on the PlayStation and I'd probably play it once every couple of years for the rest of my life, if I still had it.

There is hope! The game is on XBox Live Arcade, although it is sadly not the version where you get to play as Maria (why?).

I occasionally miss playing CoX, but I never miss it enough to reactivate. I miss a few of the old N64 and PS1 games, like Silent Hill and Starfox64.

Gladly for me, most of the games I "miss" are games that I used to own but don't because the systems they ran on stopped working, and I have no compunctions about downloading ROMs for games I already owned, so I don't really miss them all that much.

None... I get bored so easily I don't usually miss games when I quit them since I always quit out of boredom.
I don't sell games though, so if I do get desperate for some entertainment I've got my old games to play again.

The original Dungeon Keeper. Sold it to a mate for a fiver (which I never actually saw) and missed it ever since. Dungeon Keeper 2 just isn't quite the same.
