Thinking about this a lot recently and especially during the PS2 era how I didn't take advantage of the diversity of that era:

Videogame featuring pigs as the villains(can't remember)

Pokemon snap


These days you need a online connection even to play diverse games. Occasionally a diverse strange game will come along such as Deadly Premonition(which was made for PS2 originally) but mainly It is hard to get retail copy's of any game similiar to the ones above.

A whole host of GBA games. I really did not make the most of my GBA. Looking back, the library was fan-flabby-tastic and I just kinda let mine sit there. Shame.

Definately wish I had played the original Fallout games, and also the Elder Scroll games.
Still need to play Silent Hill 2 and Shadow of the Collosus.

Wish I could play God of War 3 but I can't justify buying a PS3 just for one game.

Battlefield Bad Company 2, I was actively following it and really excited for its release date but I ended up never picking it up. Now I'm waiting for Battlefield 3 because I figure its a bit late to get into BC2.

I will go Retro and say The Tick Beat Em Up I saw in the back of The Pagemaster for the SNES Instruction Booklet. Always wanted to play that game as a kid. Never got that chance, which is sad, considering that The Tick was my favorite Super Hero as a kid (still is).

If you played it, would you recommend it? I love playing classics, although lately, I'm utterly swamped with games I need to catch up on. I'd be more willing to buy it to try it out once I catch up on my games. I hear a lot of good things about it.

YES. Keeping in mind that it's almost 20 years old. It's one of the greatest games ever made.

Jagged Alliance 2 is worth your time as well.

So fucking many. All the kick-ass games on PS2 for one thing.

Speaking of games I could have played but never did? I've always wanted to play Oblivion but never did, mostly because me and class-based RPGs are incredibly unhappy bedfellows. While I'm trying to get shacked up with the warrior, my thoughts keep wandering to the petite mage in the next room and I can't help but slip away in the middle of the night to confes my true affections. But then later on I find myself oggling the mysterious, brooding rogue over in the corner...
