It is currently 12:54 AM, I have half a blatter, a dead brain, bloodshot eyes, and my leftovers are talking to me........lets do this.

Unfortunatley, games are canceled, delayed beyond imagination, or simply are never heard from again. Of course Duke Nukem: Forever falls into this category, along with others. My #1 pick would be Kingdom Hearts 3, I wll make the game myself if I have to as I need closure with the story.

So, what are your favorite games that never came out, it can even be Secret Robot Ninja Hamsters v. Gerbils 2 if you want

Wait for it the creator said he was gonna make it eventually. After the next KH game titled reconnect (and 2 other projects, and according to rumors a new title the company is working on) which starts development in a few months.

So you know 3-4 years.
