MW2, because I wanted it to complete it the day it came out (I was walking past the shop I'd pre-ordered it from after a night out, so decided I would turn up for the midnight launch. So yeah, I played the entire campaign for the first time whilst drunk) - took about 6 1/2 hours.

And Limbo, although that was kind of short, so may not count.

Oh, and I've played all of Left 4 Dead's campaigns in one sitting, so that too.

EDIT: Portal too, but I don't know how long that took me

portal and Unreal Tournament

I get the feeling that portal is going to be a common one.

Bioshock 2. As far as I'm aware it's the only game I've ever finished in a single sitting. Oh, well, except for games like Sonic the Hedgehog which could only be finished in a single sitting.

Portal. I sat down to try it out and take a break from Half Life 2 (I had just got the Orange Box). 2 hours later GLaDOS was singing to me. I just couldn't pull away!

believe it or not - final fantasy 7. 100% (except for Enemy Skills materia, and we did use W-Item to get elixirs to feed to Magic Pots). Beat both weapons, got several copies of pretty much all of the materia, including Knights of the Round

was a 36 hour seating, but that game never got turned off.

Sometimes, I really miss being a kid.

Portal.
Crash Team Racing. (The main story, at least)

Very nearly Mirror's Edge, but there was one jump I couldn't get right in the last chapter and I'd been playing so long I just thought "Balls to this" and went to bed.

Return to Mysterious Island. It's the only game I've finished in one sitting. But I don't remember exactly how many hours it took to complete.

The ONLY game is Halo 3: ODST, in prep for Reach.
On Normal, with all audio logs found already, it took me about 6-7 hours

The PoP:SoT trilogy. All of the games only take about maybe..3-4 hours each? My brother got Two Thrones Christmas morning one year, and had it beat by around 1. I'm pretty sure if you played them back to back you could have them all done within a day.

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII
for the PSP.

Took me a little over 20 hours, rushing like a madman, never putting down the game.

The reason: it was a review copy - the review had to be online on monday, got the game on friday.
