i created this thread to freeze hell over-i mean try to bring self proclaimed nerds/geeks together. My idea was, everyone post their gender, interests, etc... and if you find someone who looks interesting, start up a conversation.

I'll start it off:
I'm male, entering college, into RPG video games and anime, a WoW addict, a little morbid, and listen to metal music.

Geeks already have a dating service. That's what the nerdier corners of the Internet have always been for.

Mind you, the competition is fierce when there are so many males and so few females (much less females with brains and good looks), but that's just all the more reason for the geek-loving girls to find where the boys are.

For what it's worth, I'll be 32 next Thursday, and I found my wife on Fark (or more accurately, she found me, added me on MSN, and one thing led to another.)
