For all you Brisbane gamers in Australia, Gencon has been and gone for another year. This was the first time i had gone and personally i thought it was really well done.
Yahtzee was there with 2 of his mates Matt and Yug from Australian Gamer where they did a Live podcast up on stage on Saturday.
I tested out Borderlands which is looking very cool at the moment, And i got a free T-shirt! YAY!
Also Bayonetta was playable. It was in a Restricted booth with signs saying "You must be over 15 to enter this booth." The weird thing was that it said it was because of the violence and not the nudity which you basically see after every fight scene in the demo when she gets her suit back on you see her ass and what-not.
All in all i thought it was well designed and i had fun...
